Before using the oil, rub it between your hands until it warms.

For the face, use it alone or mix a few drops in the palm of your hand with your favorite Dr. C. Tuna cream.

For the body, apply in circular motions, focusing on very dry areas.

For hands and cuticles, massage a few drops of the oil into the skin to moisturize and nourish.

For hair, apply one or two drops to the ends as needed. For intensive hydration, use it once or twice a week as a full-body hair mask. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before shampooing.
